Payment Information:

​

Payment is due at the time of service and there are no exceptions. We are 100% private pay accepting cash, check, and all major credit cards. We do not file insurance companies due to limitations on therapeutic interventions that can be used and number of client visits allowed, as well as it can impact client privacy.

​

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged full session rate, which must be paid prior to booking another session.

​

• Returned checks will be assessed $30 bank fee, which must be paid prior to booking another session.

​​

• A sliding scale is available for those who need assistance. Please contact us to discuss.

We understand that making an appointment to come in is a big step, which can be intimidating. We will do our best to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. For your first appointment, it may be helpful to print off the forms below and bring them with you filled out. This will help us get started on therapy more quickly!
